To make more money while Bounty Hunting, you’ll need to wait the timer out. After taking your (captured alive!) bounty, stand outside the Sheriff’s Office until you’ve got about 30 seconds left on the timer. That’s how you can earn the most money possible from each bounty.

Basically, this is the RDO version of GTO’s Import / Export trick. It takes a lot of time, but in the long run you’ll be swimming in cash.

Instead of wasting money to resupply, just complete the resupply missions. You’ll steal from bad guys, and you can loot the bodies for collectibles or scan the area with a Metal Detector if you’re also leveling up the Collector role — which you should.
